Our tips for doing it yourself
Are you ready to get started? Here are some tips to help you wash your vehicle by hand. Prefer a high-pressure car wash because, as stated in article 99-3 of the departmental health regulations, “car washing is prohibited on public roads, private roads open to public traffic, You will thus respect the law and make a gesture for the environment because, in our Wash centers, 100% of the washing water used is treated.
Before you start, you need different elements that you will find in our e-shop :
A bucket and a washing mitt.
Microfibers, a squeegee for the windows and a chamois leather.
Various products such as bodywork shampoo, rubber restorer, polishing product, special rim cleaner…
Then start with the dirtiest parts – that’s the rule of thumb! .
Door and trunk sills: use the rubber restorer on the seals, which are often full of dust. You can use the same product for tires.
Rims: spray the special rim cleaner then brush.
Under body: use a specific product to remove tar stains.
Bodywork: apply shampoo to your wash mitt and remove the dirt.
Windows: use a suitable product with a microfiber.
All you have to do is rinse your vehicle thoroughly with the high-pressure jet, taking care to eliminate all traces of foam, then pass the chamois leather.
The little extra for more shine? Polish the bodywork using a microfiber and a suitable product .
